Experienced Leadership
Megan Williams is the principal project manager and resourcing consultant, with over thirty years’ experience in the human resources, project management, change leadership and training sectors in heavy industry, including energy and mining.
As a qualified counsellor for over ten years, Megan has worked with people to support them to learn and grow in their personal lives. She understands the delicate balance between an organisation’s goals and a person’s needs to maintain their sense of self-worth through an organisation’s learning and change process.
Megan holds tertiary qualifications in Business HR/IR and Finance and postgraduate qualifications in Counselling and Training.
Joe Newkirk is Waters’ principal writer and consultant. With 25 years experience in technical documentation he has served in the Energy and LNG sectors to develop operations and maintenance procedures, manuals, work instructions and ‘how to’ guides.
Joe has a proven track record of gaining the cooperation of Subject Matter Experts to harness an organisation’s knowledge, as well as translating technical information into readable and accessible training and documentation.
